These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nytpix mobile application ("App"). By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Who we are

"Nytpix", "we", "our", or "us" refers to Ethan Weston and Steve Edwards trading as NytPix.app, based in the United Kingdom. Contact: nytpix@outlook.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to use the app. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian's permission.

4. Purchases and pricing

• Nytpix+ (one-time unlock): currently £4.99.
• Extra themed packs: currently £0.99 each.

Prices vary by region and may change. For the most up-to-date pricing, refer to the App Store listing.

5. Third-party services

The app may show information from third parties such as TMDb. Such information is provided "as is". TMDb terms: Terms of Use.
